Lindsay fell in love with animation in 1995 when Toy Story was first released.

She knew she had to work in the world of children’s animation...but didn’t know how. After a few years at art college in Toronto she got her first job at an animation studio making plasticine eyeballs for an ape - and loved it! 

On finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Media, Lindsay moved to the UK in 2007.

Since then she has worked at children’s TV distributor Cake Entertainment, for theatre producer Cameron Mackintosh and with two Universities in Bournemouth helping set up the International VFX Hub in 2012. Career highlights include senior leadership roles such as Head of Animation at BAFTA-winning Kindle Entertainment and Senior Producer at Moonbug. Lindsay also Founded Animated Women UK, launched Bournemouth's Animation & VFX festival and has been a judge and guest speaker at global events.

Starting CANUK Productions has been a dream come true for Lindsay who loves working in the animation industry and helping new ideas come to life.
